Submitting any tangible or electronic media, image, data, file, card, disc, device, film, print, slide or negative for any purpose, such as processing, printing, duplication, alteration, enlargement, storage, transmission, or other handling, constitutes an AGREEMENT that any loss or damage to it by our company, subsidiary or agents, even though by our negligence or other fault, will only entitle you to replacement with an equivalent quantity/size of unexposed photographic film or electronic media. Except for such replacement, our acceptance of the media, image, data, file, card, disc, device, film, print, slide or negative is without other liability, and recovery for any incidental or consequential damages is excluded. No express or implied warranty is provided.

Cord Camera is not responsible for typographic errors or other inaccuracies in the content provided on the Cord Camera Web Site. Cord Camera intends the information contained in this site to be accurate and reliable. However, errors may occasionally occur. Therefore, all information and materials are provided "AS IS" without any warranty of any kind.

PHOTOFINISHING DEPOSITS
A deposit of 50% is Required on all photofinishing orders over $ 50.00.

REFUNDS
If purchased with a credit card, Cord Camera will issue a credit to your account.

If purchased with a check, Cord Camera will refund in cash up to $50.00. If over $50.00, Cord will issue a check from the corporate office. Cord reserves the right to wait until your check clears your bank (as long as two weeks).

RETURNED CHECKS
There will be a $20.00 Service Charge on all Returned Checks.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Must be returned by within 14 days of purchase.
Must have original receipts.
Returned at the store of purchase.
Merchandise must have original packing intact, blank warranty card and instruction manual.
No Refunds or Exchanges on Photographic Films or Papers.

SENSITIZED MATERIAL
Cord Camera will not give refunds or exchange on any film or photographic paper once it has left the store.
These products are very sensitive and Cord takes special precautions when handling this type of merchandise to guarantee customer satisfaction.
